Refund policy

Please let us know ASAP if your products turn up faulty, damaged or missing an item. The Love From Bug team pack each order carefully to ensure your parcel arrived safely. Should you have any issues with your items please send an email to info@lovefrombug.com.au including the following:
Invoice or Order details
Photos of fault or problem
Explanation of the fault or problem
All warranty claims are dealt with individually by the team at Love From Bug and your items will be replaced or a refund issued accordingly.

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving the products, as long as the item is unused with the original packaging intact. Please email us at info@lovefrombug.com.au to obtain your Return Authorisation Number.
